Értem és köszönöm a választ. A PS-nek annyit üzennék, hogy nektek is köszönöm azt a ráfordított időt, amit mással tölthettem volna, ha nem avatkoztok be egyáltalán, és jóvá se írjátok az elején.

A versenyek törlése előre- vagy visszapörgetéssel történik. tehát vagy úgy csinálnak, mintha meg sem történt volna, vagy úgy, mintha véget ért volna útközben. Itt annyiről van szó, hogy véletlenül visszapörgetéssel osztották szét a prizepoolt, pedig előrepörgetéssel kellett volna, ezért visszavették az esetlegesen így jóváírt pénzt.

Már megtörtént, csak meg akartam erősíteni, hátha félreértettem valamit.

Ha már kiestél a versenyről a leállás előtt, akkor nem voltál jogosult a visszatérítésre.
De jobb ha nem az emlékeidre hagyatkozol, hanem megnézed a cashier-ben. :)

Akkor ez nem azt jelenti? Mert úgy emlékszem, hogy kaptam zsét, aztán visszavonták.

You are receiving this email because you played in a tournament which was halted due to a system issue on 2 February 2012.

The tournament you were in was incorrectly rolled backward, though it should have been rolled forward. Players who had been eliminated from the tournament already were not entitled to receive a refund. If you had received money incorrectly in the rollback, it has been deducted from your balance. If you still had chips at the time of the halt, you have received a credit based on the roll forward.

In the roll forward calculation, the remaining prize pool is divided into two halves: The first half is divided equally amongst all remaining players. For the second half, players receive a portion of the prize pool equivalent to their percentage of the total chips in play.

We have reversed the roll backward and manually adjusted player balances to initiate a roll forward as should have happened in the first place. You can see the results of these changes in your Transaction History in the Cashier, shown as "ADMIN CREDIT".

Hat nekem a historyban benne van, hogy ratettek. Ha trukkoztek, akkor csak odairtak, en meg elhittem, valojaban nem vettem eszre :)

Olyat nem vettetek észre, hogy visszaadták egy tour díját, aztán mintha visszavonták volna a visszaadást?

Ezt nekem is eljátszották egyszer.Tulképp megmagyarázzák,hogy nem az ő szar szervereik és programjuk volt a ludas hanem a szerver és a te géped közötti világháló aminek hibájáért ők nem felelősek.Az más kérdés ,hogy érdekes módon ekkor fújták le a sit and gokat és nem engedtek egyet se indulni mert a playak nagy része sit outon volt.

Magyarra fordítva. Ugyan mi voltunk a hibásak (és ezért visszaadjuk a pénzed), de be nem ismerjük a hibánkat.

Na ez miez? :D

Please understand that we did not suffer any server-side problems or disconnection during this tournament. Your issues seem to have been local to your computer or Internet Service Provider (ISP); otherwise many players would have been disconnected, and that was not the case. Part of the inherent risk of playing poker on the Internet is the possibility that Internet connections may fail for any number of reasons. From a practical business standpoint, it is impossible for us to be responsible for the Internet connections of our players.

Rule 18 of our tournament rules states, in part:

"18. By participating in a tournament, a player accepts the risk of Internet disconnection, due to problems with the connection between their computer and the servers, lag or freeze or some other problem in the player's computer or the Internet.

* a. PokerStars does not accept any responsibility for a player disconnect except in the case of a server crash."

Elvileg ugy van, hogy amennyit befietsz, legalabb annyit csak oda kerhetsz ki, ahonnan befizetted. Ha mastercardra nem lehet cashoutolni, akkor gondolom valaszthatsz. Ha ezt tullovod, akkor azt csinalsz, amit akarsz. Nekem netellerre egy oran belul megjon.

Sziasztok! Jól tudom, hogy mastercarddal lehet befizetni viszont kifizetést nem lehet rá intézni? Kifizetni pl moneybookersen keresztül lehet úgy tudom. Valaki legyen szíves írja le, hogy melyik a legegyszerűbb mód a kifizetésre, mert eddig csak bankkártyán keresztül intéztem mindent. Köszönöm!

Behúztam egy pár husángot erre megint server down asszem mára hagyom a kisérletezést.Pozitívum viszont, hogy most folyamatos volt a játék és nem "gondolkodott" a szoftver több másodpercig mire acceptálta az egérkattintásomat.

Azt látom,de miért lett hibás?

nem tünik fel, hogy a HH hibás? :) Hibás HH-ból pedig ölég nehéz korrekt eredményt kihozni... Honnan kéne tudnia szerencsétlen PT-nek, hogy a "lost with two pair, Kings and Threes" azt jelenti, "won with two pair, Kings and Threes"----------

 "50%-om van ellened" - jah, igen. Vagy lemákolsz, vagy nem...

Itt úgy látszik mind a ketten vesztettünk. A potot megnyertem, még szerencse:).Ez volt egész este.Ha flop előtt emeltem és eldobta mindenki akkor nyertem a PT szerint is.

A Poker Tracker nálam a nyert handeket is úgy tárolta el mintha veszítettem volna itt a Starson.Másnak is volt már ilyen problémája?
